PRIVACY STATEMENT AND CONSENT

Fluid Management Technology Pty Ltd (FMT) collects the Customer’s information in order to determine whether to supply Goods to the Customer and in, ordering Goods from FMT, the Customer agrees that FMT may:

a) use the personal information about the Customer which the Customer or others have provided at any time to FMT in order to manage FMT’s relationship with the Customer and, where required, to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements; and

b) disclose that information to FMT’s related bodies corporate, regulatory and law enforcement bodies, debt collection agencies, any organisation proposing to fund the acquisition of, or acquire, any interest in any obligation the Customer may owe FMT, and to any person to the extent necessary, in FMT’s view, to carry out any instruction the Customer give to FMT or to enforce any rights of FMT against the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges that, subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Customer may access the information which FMT holds about the Customer at any time by writing to FMT.

WEB AND CALL

FMT tracking may track your device and the calls that you make to us by use of cookies, IP address or browser fingerprinting.

When you call us, FMT may collect and log data about your call including your: caller ID, mobile location information, timestamps, interactions with your device and our phone systems, and voice recordings. We may then associate this data with other information and records about you.

When you use our online services, FMT may log your device information and your interactions with our online services.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

FMT may use your personal information to:

a) Improve and provide services to you;

b) Administrate and manage those services including charging and billing;

c) Contact you with promotions, offers, news and other information, from time to time, unless you you the relevant opt out mechanisms;

d) Forward appropriate information to Debt Collection agencies on accounts which exceed our policies; and

e) Comply with a legislative instrument such as a request for information by a regulatory body or a Court Order.

FMT will not disclose or release any information you give us to any third party, company or individual. (Unless the law requires us to, such as by law enforcement agencies when they are required to investigate offensive and/or illegal activities under State and/or Federal Laws).

FMT is required by law to retain some customer information for a minimum of five years. We do not retain personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes of compliance with the law and routine administration.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Customer information is stored on controlled facilities, secure from unauthorised access.

Proof of identity is required before information gets released to any person, including the registered client.

FMT ensures that any personal details are correct and up-to-date, and will amend any inaccuracies or changes to details on request.

FMT endeavours to improve and develop its products and services for its customers. This may require us to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes made to this Privacy Policy will be updated on the FMT website at this address.
